As a licensed REALTOR® with professional designations as a Residential Construction Certified Specialist, Certified New Home Specialist, and Residential Investment Specialist, Melissa’s out of-the-box business acumen and expertise in residential contracting, design, negotiation, branding, and marketing, help her successfully strategize and advocate for her clients — all while injecting a good dose of heart and humor along the way.

Her full-service real estate company, Avanti Real Estate Group, represents clients in the Greater Omaha with focus on niche markets of luxury new construction, real estate investing, and wealth building through home rentals and flips under the brokerage of the Nation’s Top Producing office, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate.
