Initial On-Site Appointment
Transpire Renovations owner and lead designer Melissa Minassian will meet with you at the space you’d like renovated. This is a fun appointment to brainstorm and dream together. Having photos of design ideas you like readily available at this appointment is always helpful to flesh out details and help all parties catch vision. Melissa will also share more about Transpire Renovations’ process and answer additional questions at this time.
Professional Plans
Once you’re ready to move forward, next step is an on-site design appointment with the Transpire team + a professional drafter.
Transpire Renovations has built relationships with some great drafters in the Greater Omaha area. We will help match you with the right drafter for you.
This on-site visit usually takes about one hour. Together, we will relay all design ideas to the drafter. The drafter will also take thorough measurements of the space to be renovated and ask any clarifying questions. From here, a first draft of plans is usually ready to review within 2 weeks.
The Transpire team oversees the drafting process and weighs in on design as needed to ensure the process runs smoothly for you.
Design Presentation
We’ve been working hard to bring your renovation dreams to life. Now is the fun part… seeing your design come to life for the first time in 3D!!!
In this meeting, the Transpire team will meet with you and the drafter to explore your space with 3D renders and video. This time is valuable as 3D renders help us spot any final tweaks your space might need before working drawings and plans are finalized.
Once we have the design exactly how you want it, it’s time to bid your renovated space!
Bidding Your Space
At Transpire Renovations, we believe in sincerely caring for others and investing in relationships. This core culture has been integral to our ability to build a solid network of honest, reliable vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to provide the best materials and prices – to ultimately benefit YOU!
We will bid your renovated space with Omaha’s finest, leveraging our connections to get you the best possible quality and price.
In order to accurately estimate costs, we might schedule a time for relevant subcontractors to view your space. We will align this time with you. A Transpire staff member will host all subcontractors for the entirety of their visit.
This bidding process usually takes about 2 weeks.
Budget Proposal
After we’ve gathered pricing, we will meet with you at our office to review costs, financial details, and next steps for your renovation project.
We work hard to plan ahead and ensure our project estimates are accurate in order to prevent surprises once the construction process has began.
Once details are agreed upon and contracts are signed, it’s time to start construction of your beautiful new space!
